Code of Conduct

This is the code of conduct that HealthSlide upholds as essential for each of our employees.

  • Smile! Make it part of your job.
  • Be polite! Treat customers and fellow employees with courtesy whether in person or on the phone. When in a hospital environment, treat patients, their caregivers, and their visitors in the same polite manner.
  • Introduce yourself! Always tell those around you who you are and why you are there, do not assume they already know.
  • Respect privacy! During the course of your work, you often have access to proprietary or sensitive customer information. Treat all customers and fellow employees with dignity. Discuss this information in private areas only with those who have a need to know.
  • Avoid self-serving or petty criticism! Constructive criticism should only take place in private with those persons who can help solve the problems
  • Get the facts! Avoid rumors. Think before you speak.
  • Have pride! Do your best and strive to perform quality work at all times.
  • Be a team player! Make every effort to cooperate with customers and your fellow workers.
  • Show initiative! Suggest ways to do things more productively without being asked. Take an active role in problem solving.
  • Work safely! Do not endanger yourself or others through careless or unsafe work practices.
